Is this the right service for your team?

For organizations reviewing their email or collaboration platform, moving data between systems or bringing separate tools under a clearer access and support model.

Scope and deliverables to agree together

Email and calendars

Assess IceWarp or Zimbra, mail security, retention and migration requirements.

Files and documents

Plan Nextcloud and compatible office integrations, sharing rules and document workflows.

Search and identity

Connect appropriate Fess search sources and supported directory or single-sign-on integrations.

Migration and operations

Plan mailbox and file transfer, groups, DNS, TLS, cutover, backups, patching and incident responsibilities.

The proposal defines the scope and acceptance criteria for your project before work begins.

From the first conversation to delivery

  1. Understand the work

Review users, tools, permissions and the reason for changing.

  2. Select and pilot

Test the necessary features and integrations with representative users.

  3. Move and adopt

Plan data transfer, cutover, training and recovery.

  4. Support

Agree monitoring, updates, capacity and user-support boundaries.

What affects cost and timing?

Active users, storage, licenses, integrations, migration complexity and support coverage determine the scope. Features vary by product version, edition and licensed add-ons.

What should you prepare?

Bring user and mailbox counts, file volumes, identity systems, retention needs and the workflows users cannot lose during a move.

Questions before you start

Do we have to replace every tool?

No. We assess whether integration or a staged migration is more appropriate.

Can the platform run on our infrastructure?

That depends on the products and editions selected, infrastructure readiness and who will operate the environment.

Will users need training?

Plan adoption and training around the changes to everyday work. Data migration alone does not complete the rollout.
