Project Manager — Careers

Responsibilities

• Manage project execution according to plans and objectives.
• Prepare and control project budgets and resources.
• Track project progress and report to management and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to resolve project issues.
• Prepare and review project documents, such as progress reports and project plans.
• Manage project risks and prepare contingency plans.
• Comply with the Company's policies, regulations, operational procedures, and management system requirements applicable to the assigned role and responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in project management software such as Jira, Asana, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of software development processes.
• CAPM or PRINCE2 Foundation certification is a plus.
• Able to use AI tools effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools and technologies to support analysis, project delivery, problem-solving, documentation, testing, or other job-related activities.
