You lead the early work on a feature, from the business requirement to a contract the team can build. The quality of the handover matters more than the number of pages produced.

How we work

API contracts, data models and acceptance criteria live in a shared source of truth for people and AI tools.
Discovery moves through a contract-baseline review before build and QA/UAT.
In our Understanding Loop, a teammate explains their understanding and a senior challenges it with questions.
AI helps draft documents, diagrams and specifications; people retain responsibility for judgment and context.
The process follows our ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 29110 practices without adding paperwork for its own sake.

Responsibilities

Own feature discovery, measurable Given/When/Then acceptance criteria and the Definition of Ready.
Draft API and data-model contracts and review them with architects or senior engineers.
Track open questions, assumptions and investigation work; identify provisional parts of the contract.
Maintain documentation, decision records and shared context for developers and AI tools.
Facilitate workshops between stakeholders and frontend, PHP, Python and WordPress teams.
Keep requirements, contracts and tests traceable; support UAT against the agreed criteria.
Present in the Understanding Loop and develop the ability to challenge design decisions constructively.

Qualifications

Around 2–4 years in systems or business analysis, or equivalent delivery experience.
Ability to write measurable acceptance criteria and model processes with BPMN or UML.
Enough understanding of APIs, data models and web applications to draft implementable contracts.
Clear written Thai and working English; many specifications and contracts are in English.
Ability to use AI tools for discovery while reviewing their output.

Helpful experience

Programming experience in Python or another language.
Experience with government TORs or regulated domains.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, Jira, Confluence or Figma.
